A source manufacturer integrating pattern development, digital punching, embroidery processing, custom embroidery and export. Share a physical sample, artwork, or simply describe the end use — our punching team handles design development, technique matching, sampling and bulk production. Everything is made in-house; no subcontracting, full quality control.

Models : OEM (customer-supplied material) / ODM (artwork or sample); full-package and long-term partnership available.

Four Cooperation Models
The four models can be used alone or combined — for example, ODM sampling followed by full-package mass production. Tiered pricing by volume, direct from the source factory: better value at equal quality.
OEM(Material Supplied) :

Technique Capabilities
Multi-Technique Combinations : Several techniques can be combined in one product — sequin + print, bead-tube + tape, cut-out + sequin — for greater depth and dimension. Special combinations are technically validated at sampling stage to ensure feasibility and consistency in bulk.
Standard & Specialty Work : · Flat embroidery, 3D puff, applique, sequin/bead work, heavy all-over embroidery and specialty trim combinations.· New patterns and technique combinations are developed monthly; clients without artwork may select from our current seasonal library.

Seven-Step Process
1.Requirement : Sample / artwork / fabric or end-use description; confirm technique, fabric, width, motif size, density and colours; feasibility and capacity check.
2.Sampling : Punching centre develops the pattern and produces a physical sample, couriered with a technique sheet; review by WeChat / phone / in person.
3.Quotation : Cost build-up (material + labour + machine + packing + freight); tiered pricing by volume, alternative technique/fabric options, lead-time commitment.
4.Order : Contract signed on sample and price approval — quantity, unit price, lead time and quality standard; deposit collected, works order released.
5.Production : Scheduled across 50+ machines by technique; first-piece internal approval before bulk run.
6.QC & Delivery : In-process inspection plus final check (shade, density, accuracy, stains); folded or rolled, damp and soil protected; tracking number provided, shipment photographed for record.
7.After-Sales : Receipt confirmed within 3 days of delivery; swift action on quality claims (verify → replace / refund / compensate); client file kept for new product updates.
Quality Assurance
Every shipment must meet our non-negotiable standards: dense stitches, high design fidelity and no thread loss after washing. Multiple inspection layers cover the entire process.
First-piece approval :
· Control : Internal sign-off of first output before bulk production
· Standard : Accuracy, colour and effect match the approved sample.
In-process inspection :
· Control : Control points at each operation, patrol-checked.
· Standard : Skipped stitches, missed stitches, thread breaks and fabric damage caught early.
Final inspection :
· Control : Full or sampling inspection before shipment.
· Standard : Shade, density, accuracy and cleanliness meet specification.
Trim adhesion :
· Control : Sequin and bead bonding check.
· Standard : Securely bonded, withstands garment washing and daily wear.
Packing :
